Why Go Offscript
Companies are investing more in AI than ever — and their teams are becoming less connected, less spontaneous, and less human because of it. The irony is that the more AI handles, the more valuable real human presence becomes. Listening without an agenda. Building on what's in front of you. Making the people around you look good. That's not soft skills. That's the competitive edge nobody is training for.
Go Offscript exists because Vincent Migliore has spent 13 years in corporate leadership and an equal stretch running Atlanta's improv scene — and he knows that the best moments in both worlds happen the same way: when people stop performing a script and start actually showing up.
Meet VincentWhat We Do
Four ways to bring Go Offscript to your team — or mix and match for something completely custom.
For Teams
Improv-based workshops that rewire how teams communicate, collaborate, and trust each other. No lectures. No PowerPoints. Just real moments that show people what they're capable of together.
For Executives
1:1 and small group coaching for senior leaders who need to host events, town halls, and conferences with real confidence and presence. The skill every executive needs — almost nobody teaches it.
For Leaders
Workshops for leadership teams on presence, adaptability, and building psychologically safe cultures — from someone who has sat in that chair for over a decade.
For Events
Custom-designed improv shows built around your company's culture, people, and inside jokes. We do a discovery call to learn who you are — then create a show your team will talk about for months.
Don't see exactly what you need? Every program can be built from scratch around your team, your goals, and your timeline.
Let's talk →1:1 and small group coaching for senior leaders who need to host town halls, conferences, award ceremonies, and company events with real confidence. The skill every executive needs — and almost nobody actually teaches. Available fully online, anywhere.
Hosting a company event isn't the same as presenting or speaking. It requires reading the room, managing energy, handling the unexpected, and making everyone in that room feel like they're part of something. Those are improv skills — and they can be learned.
How It Works
No complicated proposals before we've even met. Just a clear path from first conversation to standing ovation.
A 30-minute call to understand your team, your goals, your culture, and what you want people to walk away feeling.
A program built around your specific needs — not a template pulled off a shelf. You see the plan before anything is locked in.
High-energy, fully facilitated, professionally produced. We show up completely ready. You just show up.
Optional follow-up to capture what landed, what shifted, and how to keep the momentum going long after the session ends.
About Vincent
Most people pick a lane. Vincent Migliore didn't.
After 13 years in corporate leadership — currently Head of Customer Support — and an equal stretch running Atlanta's improv scene as Artistic Director of Village Theatre, producing the Atlanta Improv Festival, and training corporate clients in the art of thinking on your feet, he built Go Offscript to bring those two worlds together.
The result is a practice that can walk credibly into a boardroom and onto a stage — and that knows the skills making both work are exactly the same.
